Une société de BTP acquiert 11 066 m² de locaux mixtes à Nevers
L’établissement Franck Ylmaz vient d’acquérir, auprès de la société FACOM, un bâtiment indépendant comprenant 1 232 m² de bureaux et 9 834 m² de locaux d’activités à Nevers.

Cet ensemble immobilier, situé dans la Zone Industrielle de Saint Eloi, a été vendu pour un montant global de 570 000 € HD.

La transaction a été réalisée par Atisreal Dijon, conseil du preneur et de l’offreur.
