Ultima – the Final Phase of Chelsea Bridge Wharf for Sale in Hong Kong
Chelsea Bridge Wharf has a long-established reputation as one of London’s finest places to live. It offers high standard of living on the banks of the River Thames. Following the first launch in February, the final phase ‘Ultima’ at Chelsea Bridge Wharf is now being offered by Strawberry Star and Colliers International for sale in Hong Kong again. An exhibition for the residential scheme will be held on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th June 2010 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Central, Hong Kong. Interested parties are welcome to visit the exhibition, or contact Colliers at (852) 2822 0743 for more information.
Positioned within just a few miles from the West End, Chelsea Bridge Wharf is close to the world-renowned theatres, galleries and department stores there. In addition, affluent neighbourhoods, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge and South Kensington, lie within temptingly easy distance across the river. They provide some of London’s best shopping destinations, fashionable restaurants and bars, and cultural venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum.
In Ultima, one side is a “wing” - Ultima 1 - which forms the lower floors of the adjacent curved building, while Ultima 2 comprises the central portion of the seven-storey cleanly elegant block. With the anticipated completion in early 2011, it will provide a total of 33 units. They include fabulous 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom penthouses, with unit sizes ranging from 433 to 1,403 sq ft and prices starting from £435,000.
A contemporary interior design is planned for Ultima’s apartments. Full-height windows will let maximum natural light flood the interiors and all of the apartments will feature private balconies. In the kitchens, the best possible combination of layout, looks and functionality will be empahsised, with the provision of state-of-the art appliances, rich walnut-effect doors to the 2-bedroom apartments and porcelain floor tiles. The bathrooms are designed to feature a sense of comfort comparable to a luxury hotel. The high-quality specifications include white sanitaryware, Perrin & Rowe chrome ware, fitted heated towel rails and fitted mirrored cabinets. Intimate calm and relaxation will be highlighted in bedrooms with soothing lighting and ample storage space in glass walk-in or fitted wardrobes. Additional features will include pre-wiring for multi room audio/visual system, ceiling downlighters throughout and dimmer light controls where applicable.*
*The specification is for a 2-bedroom apartment. Specification will vary in different type of unit.
More facilities and services will be provided to enhance the luxury living in the development, including CCTV-monitored underground parking, lift access to all floors and 24-hour concierge service.
Surrounding the residential block are the characteristic features of Chelsea Bridge Wharf, such as the inspiring modern architecture, an award-winning piazza and water gardens. Other attractions nearby include the adjacent beautiful 200-acre Battersea Park, the four-star Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel and Spa, a riverside health and wellbeing centre, a café-delicatessen and a convenience store.
Furthermore, Chelsea Bridge Wharf enjoys convenient transportation links, making it easy to travel around London. The closest Battersea Park Station is only 0.5 mile from Chelsea Bridge Wharf, while the nearby Queenstown Road Station and Sloane Square Underground Station (District and Circle line) are only 0.6 and 0.85 mile away. There are also 137 bus services running between Queenstown Road and Oxford Circus.
