Une société spécialisée dans le prêt-à-porter vient d’acquérir, auprès de la société OSEO Financement, un entrepôt de 6 350 m², situé 24, rue Germain Planque à Aulnay sous Bois.

Il s’agit d’un bâtiment indépendant en bon état, vendu pour un prix global de 2 150 000 € HD.

Dans cette opération, le Département Activité Nord/Est d’Atisreal a été conseil du preneur et de l’offreur.
