Resultados primer trimestre Urbas-Guadahermosa El resultado individual de Urbas Guadahermosa ha experimentado una mejora del 19,3 por ciento en relación con el mismo periodo del año anterior. Según se ha comunicado hoy a la CNMV, el ejercicio del primer trimestre de 2008 se cierra con unas pérdidas de 1,438 millones frente a 1,707 millones contabilizados en el primer trimestre de 2007. Hay que hacer constar que en los resultados de este trimestre figura la liquidación definitiva de una operación financiera con cobertura sobre acciones de Urbas Guadahermosa, que no tiene continuidad en el segundo semestre de 2008, y que ha producido una pérdida de 1.150.000 euros. En un trimestre caracterizado por el aumento de los tipos de interés, se ha intensificado una política comercial agresiva para tratar de mantener el ritmo de ventas, apoyada en un nuevo Plan denominado Vivienda Accesible, que mejora las condiciones de financiación y contempla el alquiler con opción a compra. Urbas-Guadahermosa ha seguido profundizando en una estrategia de diversificación, que pasa por una expansión en el sector exterior, principalmente en Bulgaria, Marruecos y Rumania, y que reportan importantes plusvalías a la sociedad. Una parte de ellas se realizará a corto plazo.
