RUSSELL HODGES JOINS HINES' LEASING TEAM IN FIRM'S HOUSTON OFFICE

Hines, the international real estate firm, announced today that Russell Hodges has joined the firm as a Leasing Representative in its SW Regional office at BG Group Place in Downtown Houston. In that role, he will support Hines' leasing and marketing activities throughout the Houston metropolitan region.

Hodges was formerly a Leasing Manager with Crescent Real Estate Equities where he assisted in the leasing and marketing of a four million-square-foot office complex in Downtown Houston.

After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University in 2005, he began his real estate career as a Leasing Representative with Colvill Office Properties, where he assisted various institutional owners in the leasing and marketing of a three million-square-foot portfolio of office space located in Houston's CBD, Galleria, Westchase and Energy Corridor submarkets. In 2008, he received CoStar's "Top 20" Power Brokers Award.

In the community, Hodges enjoys serving as an active member of his church. He is also actively involved with Priority Associates, Rebuild Houston and Boys & Girls Country, and is currently coaching a 6th grade basketball team with Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association
