Peter Forster new managing director of IVG Asset Management



        



Peter Forster will become managing director of IVG Asset Management GmbH with effect from 1 July 2009. Forster brings extensive knowledge of the sector and 25 years of experience in national and international real estate management.

To date, as Director he headed Asset Management for Germany at Deka Immobilien GmbH. Previously the 49-year-old civil engineer was in charge of Real Estate Management at the Bavarian branch of DeTeImmobilien (today Strabag Property + Facility Services GmbH). Before that he was in charge of Regional Management for Munich and Real Estate Holdings in southern Germany at Allianz Immobilien GmbH.

IVG’s Asset Management is thus now managed by Peter Forster, Dr. Harald Gude and Michael Lipnik.
