Office Department of Colliers International has represented CH Beck Publisher, ESRI Polska and Pekao Financial Services in lease agreement negotiations.

CH Beck Publisher has leased almost 2,000 sqm in North Gate office building in Warsaw. It is a modern, 87- storey building located in the historical part of Warsaw, close to the Old Town, R. Traugutt Park, Ibis Hotel and Arkadia Shopping Center. Moreover the company moved to these new premises at the end of August, 2008.

ESRI Polska has also signed a lease agreement in North Gate, with the assistance of Colliers. The company has occupied 1,150 sqm since July, 2008.

Pekao Financial Services is to occupy 2,600 sqm in an office building belonging to “Park Postępu” office complex. The first of the 7-storey buildings will be completed in IV quarter of 2009. The move of Pekao Financial Services to this new location is scheduled for the end of that year. The complex is located just behind Śródmieście, in Mokotów, the most developed district of Warsaw in terms of the number of modern office projects, with some of the biggest office parks in the city. Near the complex there is also Galeria Mokotów – a popular shopping center in Warsaw.

Colliers International Poland’s Office Agency specialises in tenant representation. Its services include coordination of the relocation process, lease terms renegotiations and the expansion of office space.

Among the department’s largest clients are Deloitte, Samsung Electronics, Provident, Schneider Electric, Nestle, Canal+ Cyfrowy, Henkel, Kodak, UPC and many others.
