New co-leadership for Savills Hamburg office agency team

Savills Immobilien Beratungs-GmbH has appointed Günter Suck and Alexander Rosinus as associate directors of office agency. Günter Suck and Alexander Rosinus will join the firm’s Hamburg office at Fuhlentwiete 10/Axel Springer Platz, as of 1 May and 15 May 2010 respectively. They will be jointly responsible for Savills Hamburg’s office agency activities, leading a team comprising ten.
Günter Suck is a certified specialist in the real estate and housing sector (Kaufmann der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft - EBZ) and previously worked for W. Johannes Wentzel Dr. Nfl. Consulting GmbH where he was responsible for office and retail agency.

Alexander Rosinus is a qualified Real Estate Economist (Immobilienökonom - ebs) and prior to Savills was an associate director at DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung GmbH in its Hamburg office where he headed the office agency team and focused on advising international clients.
