NEW PROMOTIONS AT CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD BELGIUM
Cushman & Wakefield Brussels recently promoted Harold d'Otreppe, Bart Joosten and Bart Vanderhoydonck to the rank of Associate.
Harold d'Otreppe started his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2005, as a negotiator within the Office Agency department. He advises both national and international landlords, and essentially covers the Léopold and Louise areas.
Bart Joosten joined the Valuations department in 2007. As a surveyor, he specialised into financial advisory and valuation of retail, office and logistic spaces. He largely contributed to the advancement of the department, now one of the prominent actors in professional real estate valuations services nationally.
Bart Vanderhoydonck joined the Industrial Agency team in 2005 as an Account Manager. Since then, Bart has been active in the letting and sale of industrial and logistic spaces. He recently advised Vanden Borre in their choice regarding their new headquarters and distribution center in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, and also contributed to the sale of a brand-new distribution center located in Feluy to Dow Corning.
