NB Real Estate promotes seven Directors to Executive Directors
NB Real Estate, the leading commercial property agency, has promoted seven Directors to [board level] Executive Directors.
At the end of last month (Nov. 25) NB Real Estate announced that, despite the collapse in the commercial property markets, their turnover for the year to September 30 2009 remained virtually unchanged from 2008 at £44.4m (£44.5m) whilst profits before tax, bonuses and exceptional items remained unchanged at £3.0m.
The new Executive Directors are:
• Robert Cass, Investment Executive Director. Robert has extensive experience advising pension funds, property unit trusts, limited partnerships and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial investment property.
• James Crisp, Occupier Advisory Executive Director. With over 15 years experience in commercial real estate James Crisp specialises in tenant representation and real estate advisory services, with particular experience in providing advice on real estate strategy and relocation.
• Martin Holland, Client Treasury Executive Director. Martin’s team is responsible for building the robust accounts infrastructure that manages over £4b of transactions for clients every year. He has over 25 years experience in property management and had set up the Management Accounts department at NB Real Estate.
• Mike Jones, Operations Executive Director. Mike also sits on NB Real Estate’s Business Development Committee. Mike has over 14 years experience in commercial property management, with extensive knowledge of managing national portfolios for large institutions as well as private property companies.
• Jonathan Lovejoy, Commercial Executive Director. Jonathan set up the Manchester office in 2005 and the NB Environment team in 2007. He has over 20 years experience in specialist advisory work covering refurbishment, development and asset management.
• James Keys, Executive Director of Investment. James has extensive experience in portfolio management and investment transactions for institutions, property companies and individual investors.
• Andrew Smith, Agency Executive Director. Andrew set up NB Real Estate's Industrial Agency & Development department in 2005. Andrew specialises in the sale of large factory sites for alternative uses. Andrew currently manages NB Real Estate’s 17 strong agency team.
Michael Hatt, Chief Executive Officer of NB Real Estate comments: “Although the past 12 months have been challenging for the real estate sector, we are very pleased to have weathered the storm in good shape. We are particularly delighted to be in a position to be able to promote these colleagues.”
