This portfolio contains office and storage space. The second portfolio with 12 properties was placed with NAI apollo asset management through a banking service company. The approx. 67.000 sqm wide area is divided into retail and office space. Together these portfolios have a value of approx. 200 million Euro. With this the properties managed by NAI apollo asset management achieve a total value of over 850 million Euro.

"There are different sorts of asset managers“, says Horst Jaletzky FRICS, managing partner of NAI apollo asset management GmbH. "We realise that investors are starting to look more closely again, quickly identify shortfall due to lacking expertise and place their portfolios with more experienced companies with a strong track record. Portfolios need to be handled actively, require presence and experience of the involved asset manager. “

The team of NAI apollo asset management possesses decades of experience regarding the management of portfolios, is set up interdisciplinary and is experienced in crisis management. The service comprises a full package including financial advising, work out and an efficient and legal support. The team is set up internationally and combines different international cultures of the real estate business. Douglas Edwards, former partner at Dougthy & Hanson (London) manages the two new mandates directly in London and Dusseldorf.
