NAI Global Names Prashant Salvi Regional Director - India
NAI Global, the premier network of commercial real estate firms and one of the largest real estate services providers worldwide, today announced that industry veteran Prashant Salvi has joined the company as Regional Director - India.
Based in Mumbai, Mr. Salvi is responsible for business and network development across India. He will work closely with NAI Global’s Asia-Pacific and Middle East teams to expand the network’s relationships with major corporate space users, foreign and domestic investors seeking property opportunities and counsel/recruit member firms to expand NAI Global’s market penetration in India. NAI Global currently has six offices throughout India.
“The India market is gaining traction once again and we see substantial cross boarder/regional growth opportunities,” said Jeffrey M. Finn, NAI Global President & CEO. “Prashant is highly qualified to realize the opportunity. With his broad experience and dedicated client service-orientation, we are confident that we will significantly grow this regional platform and create a dynamic flow of business.”
Mr. Salvi has more than 15 years of experience across multiple disciplines within the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining NAI Global, he was Associate Vice President of Leasing for Inorbit Malls. He has also served as Assistant Vice President – Investment Advisory for Debenham Tie Leung (DTZ) International Property Advisors, Senior Manager of Commercial & Land Agency for Colliers International India Property Services, and held several roles with Citibank.
Mr. Salvi has a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Mumbai University.
