NAI Global Announces 2010 Executive Committee

Three New Members Join Leadership Board

NAI Global, the premier network of commercial real estate firms and one of the largest real estate services providers worldwide, today announced changes to the Executive Committee of its Members’ Leadership Board and the election of three new Board Members. The NAI Members’ Leadership Board is a group comprised of representatives of NAI member firms that interacts with NAI Global to provide input and develop key strategic initiatives.

Robin Zellers, SIOR, was elected Chairman of the Members’ Leadership Board. Zellers is Chief Operating Office of NAI CIR in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the largest exclusively commercial-industrial real estate firm in Central Pennsylvania. Zellers oversees the Primary Initiatives Committee of the Members’ Leadership Board.

Kevin Fitzgerald, CSE, was elected Vice Chairman of the Members’ Leadership Board. Fitzgerald is President of NAI Southwest Florida in Fort Myers, Florida, one of the most productive independently owned commercial real estate brokerage firms in the Gulf Coast Area. He oversees the Strategic Planning Committee of the Member’s Leadership Board.

Maribel Koella, CCIM, SIOR, was elected Secretary of the Members’ Leadership Board. Koella is Principal of NAI Knoxville in Knoxville, Tennessee, one of the leading commercial real estate services firms in the Bluegrass States.

In addition, NAI Global welcomes three new executives elected to serve on the Leadership Board: Chris Norwood, Principal, NAI The Norwood Group in Bedford, New Hampshire; Paul-Eric Poitras, Managing Partner of NAI Commercial in Montreal; and Rick Gold, Senior Executive Vice President, NAI Capital in Los Angeles, California.
