McAleer & Rushe Announces Completion Of Sale Of £200m W Hotel

McAleer & Rushe confirmed the completion of the sale of its W Hotel development on Leicester Square to Qatari investor Al Faisal Holding for just under £200m.

The Northern Irish company developed and built the stylish 192-bedroom Starwood-operated hotel scheme which also includes 11 luxury flats and a 35,000 sq ft M&M’s store.

McAleer & Rushe’s managing director Eamonn Laverty said: “The design, development, construction and sale of the W Hotel-led development on Leicester Square has been a fantastic international showcase for McAleer & Rushe.
