Los terrenos de Parquesol pierden un seis por ciento de su valor



Parquesol da a conocer la valoración de su patrimonio inmobiliario realizado por la consultora Savills

La Compañía presentará este viernes a la Comunidad Inversora y a los Medios los resultados económicos del ejercicio 2007


Madrid, a 26 de febrero de 2008.- Parquesol, inmobiliaria con una creciente actividad desde hace más de treinta años en el sector del mercado residencial y terciario, presenta el Informe de Valoración del patrimonio Inmobiliario de la Compañía y de sus sociedades participadas realizado por la consultora Savills, a fecha de 31 de diciembre de 2007.

La valoración ha sido realizada de acuerdo con los Estándares de Valoración y Tasación publicado el 31 de julio de 2003 por la Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) del Reino Unido, y de acuerdo con los Estándares Internacionales de Valoración (IVS) publicados por el Comité Internacional de Estándares de valoración (IVSC).

Teniendo en cuenta las premisas anteriormente expuestas, Savills ha considerado que el Valor del Mercado del patrimonio inmobiliario de Parquesol Inmobiliaria y Proyectos, S. A. a 31 de diciembre de 2007 asciende a 2.176.164.000 Euros (Dos mil ciento setenta y seis millones ciento sesenta y cuatro mil euros).

Esta valoración en comparación con el ejercicio anterior realizada por Knight Frank supone un ligero ajuste del 3%, ya que a cierre de 31 de diciembre de 2006 se valoraron los activos de Parquesol en 2.250.125.000 Euros (Dos mil doscientos cincuenta millones ciento veinticinco mil euros).

El motivo fundamental de esta variación se debe a la bajada de algo más de un 6% en la valoración en solares y terrenos en 2007 con respecto a 2006.
