IVG Development: Revitalisierung von Bürogebäude im Frankfurter Westend beginnt
Die IVG Development, der Projektentwickler der IVG Immobilien AG, hat mit den Bau- bzw. Revitalisierungsarbeiten am alten Vorstandsgebäude der BGAG (Beteiligungsgesellschaft der Gewerkschaften) im Frankfurter Westend begonnen. Das Gebäude in der Savignystraße wird durch IVG Development revitalisiert und nach Abschluss der Bauphase modernsten Ansprüchen für Büroflächen gerecht werden.

Die Fertigstellung und Vermarktung der flexibel teilbaren 2.000 m² -Flächen wird für Ende 2009 geplant. Das Projekt wird von der Frankfurter Niederlassung der IVG Development entwickelt.
