Habitat vende a Comsa su proyecto estrella de oficinas en Barcelona



        

La promotora inmobiliaria Habitat ha vendido su proyecto estrella de oficinas en Barcelona, denominado D38, a la constructora Comsa, que lo ha comprado por cerca de 50 millones de euros, según fuentes del sector inmobiliario. La Vanguardia publica hoy que la promotora Habitat, que preside Bruno Figueras, se ha desprendido de este proyecto y de la antigua sede de Torraspapel en Barcelona, donde estaba proyectado hacer un hotel, por 24 millones de euros.
