Gecina : cession de 8 étages dans la Tour Franklin



        

LaSalle Investment Management et Morley ont acquis, auprès de GECINA, pour le compte du fonds Encore+, 8 étages de bureaux dans la Tour Franklin à La Défense, entièrement loués à 15 locataires. Le montant total de la transaction s’élève à 84 millions d’euros.

Les conseils qui ont permis la réalisation de cette transaction sont, pour GECINA, Lazard Frères et l’étude notariale Oudot & Associés, et pour l’acquéreur, l’étude notariale Nony, Lavigne et Roux.
