GPT Halverton sells 3 properties to Havenberdrijf Rotterdam N.V

On behalf of the Dutch Active Fund (DAF) GPT Halverton B.V. has reached an agreement with the Havenbedrijf Rotterdam N.V. to sell 3 properties in the Waalhaven area in Rotterdam. The properties are located at Albert Plesmanweg 111-113, Van Weerden Poelmanweg 24-26 and Eemhavenweg 18-20 in Rotterdam. The 3 properties comprise of approximately 13,385 sqm. The transaction price was estimated at € 5,400,000.00.

DAF is a specific fund that is fully invested in Dutch industrial and office properties.
