GPT Halverton concludes letting deal in Zwolle for Dutch active fund
PT Halverton concluded a large letting deal for the Dutch Active Fund (DAF) at Dr. Stolteweg 68-74 in Zwolle.
Approximately 1,000 sqm and six car parking spaces have been let to the Luzac Lyceum – a secondary school providing students with customised education programmes. This leaves only 340 sqm vacant in the Zwolle property which was fully vacant just a few months ago.
GPT Halverton was advised by DTZ Zadelhoff in this deal.

DAF, the Dutch Active Fund, is a specific fund that is fully invested in Dutch industrial and office properties. DAF’s investment strategy is to provide a combination of income and capital value growth for is investors through focussed asset management initiatives.
The Fund is fully invested in a portfolio of 21 offices, 17 light industrial and one logistics centre. The properties are predominantly located within the prosperous Randstad region of the Netherlands.
