DTZ scoops Scottish Property Adviser of the Year award

Global real estate adviser DTZ has been named Property Adviser of the Year – Scotland by readers of Estates Gazette magazine.


DTZ beat off stiff competition from JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, Ryden and a host of niche practices to win the accolade.


The 99-strong Scottish team won the award after an online poll which highlighted the collective strength and determination of the team, particularly in a challenging market, together with DTZ’s strong client focus.


As a regional winner, DTZ will now automatically be added to the contender list for the national award where the top three companies in each category will create the shortlist. Voting for this award will start in May.

This award follows DTZ's success at the Property Week awards where DTZ was named Office Agency Team of the Year.
