The current economic uncertainties and revised expectations on office jobs growth have strongly impacted the occupational market in Brussels which ends the year with the worst level of take-up of these last 12 years. Belgium secondary markets H2 2011
The year 2011 has ended well overall with 159,000 sq m of office space takeup across the secondary markets (30% below average) or 238,000 sq m when taking into account all of Flanders and Wallonia.
