DTZ Office team strengthened by the new Associate Director
Michal Orlowski joined the Warsaw office of DTZ July 1st, taking on the role of Associate Director within the Office Agency. Michal will be working closely with Erik Drukker, the Deputy Managing Director to strengthen DTZ’s leading role in the Polish office leasing sector.
Michal commented, “I am very excited about joining DTZ and having the opportunity to work alongside the industry’s top leaders to deliver value to the clients and the company.”
Michal previously acted as Business and Development Director at Menolly Poland (residential and commercial developer) and Orkiestra Development (residential developer) overseeing commercial leasing and site acquisition activities.
He has also worked for various real estate agencies including King Sturge and Estate Fellows having acted for clients like ORCO, Shell, BPH TFI, BRE, Bentley, Berlin Chemie, Comarch, Sarantis and Interia.pl.
He holds a law degree from Warsaw University. He is also a graduate of the American Law Center – Florida State University, and the British and European Law Center – University of Cambridge, having completed CCIM training. He is currently completing post-graduate studies at the Warsaw University in Business Management for Developers.
