DTZ: New appointment and promotion in Property Management Business Space team

Malgorzata will be working closely with Michal Muc, the Managing Director of Property Management to support him in all financial aspects of the growing portfolio of properties under management.

Malgorzata commented, “I am very excited and pleased to join DTZ and to have the opportunity to work in the real estate world, change business perspectives and learn from the industry’s top leaders. I hope to support the financial operation of Property Management by the implementation of my industry knowledge and experienced gained in PwC.”

Malgorzata previously acted as Manager within the audit department at PricewaterhouseCoopers managing and overseeing the audit projects of Clients from a variety of industry lines including real estate, retail, oil & gas, pharmaceutical etc. She was responsible for coordinating and conducting audits of various real estate entities including King Sturge, Metro Asset Management, Panattoni and many listed companies including NFI Empik and Media & Fashion.

Malgorzata holds a master degree in Finance and Banking. She graduated from Warsaw School of Economics and is also Certified Public Auditor (KIBR) and in the process of completing the ACCA exams.

Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz has been promoted to Associate Director of Property Management Business Space.

Zuzanna is responsible for the coordination of a team of over 20 specialists and a portfolio of 16 commercial properties with a total space exceeding 800,000 m².

“I’m convinced that DTZ is the right place for my professional career development, not only for property managers but also for other real estate specialists. The DTZ business space team is focused on managing commercial properties such as office buildings and warehouses whilst the retail space team manages shopping centers. Our growing team is constantly expanding its capabilities and we are looking forward to new projects. It is also worth mentioning that despite the number of properties under management (33), each property is treated individually and with special care by a dedicated team of specialists,” said Zuzanna.

Zuzanna previously acted as Senior Property manager within DTZ and was responsible for the ING REIM portfolio. Her career developed in DTZ from a licensed property manager, to senior property manager and then Associate Director, working for such clients as Skanska Property Poland, AIB and ING REIM. Prior to joining DTZ, Zuzanna worked for PKN OLREN and Neste Polska in the real estate departments, overseeing site acquisition activities.

She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a PhD degree with special academic interests in property management, entrepreneurship and modern management techniques.
