Corio is proud to announce that Moody's has assigned a Baa1 long term issuer rating with a stable outlook to the company. For more details we refer to the press release issued by Moody's.
In growing the company Corio likes to broaden its funding base. Over the last months the company has been engaged in a ratings application process. Corio's goal is to remain an investment grade rated company and to maintain a capital structure that supports this. In this context, the company's senior management holds regular review meetings with Moody's.

Corio announced on 25 May 2010 that Standard and Poor's assigned a BBB+ corporate credit rating with a stable outlook to the company
