Corio appoints new CEO

Corio N.V. announces on behalf of the Supervisory Board that Mr. Gerard Groener is the intended successor of the current CEO, Mr. Jan de Kreij, as of 1 May 2008. Mr. Groener is member of the Management Board of Corio N.V. since 1 May 2006 for a two year period. It is the intention to reappoint Messrs. Groener and Fontaine for a four year period as members of the Management Board of Corio N.V. after notification to the general meeting of shareholders on 29 April 2008.

The remuneration of the Management Board will be determined at a later stage within the current remuneration policy, which will be considered bearing in mind the new developments in the market.
