Colliers secures two new tenants for Raj shopping centre in Debica
Colliers International, a leading global real estate services company, has secured two new tenants for the “raj” shopping centre in Dębica. These transactions begin the process of the centre’s recommercialisation.
NOMI, one of the two new tenants, has leased a 2.350 sqm store offering home and garden products. The second tenant will occupy more than 400 sqm and will offer clothes and accessories for children under the Jaś i Małgosia and Coccodrillo brands.
The “raj” shopping centre was established in 1999 and is very popular among Dębica’s citizens. Both of these transactions begin the process of recommercialisation, with Colliers International as the exclusive agent.
The shopping centre, situated at the crossing of two main routes of the region, only 1,5 km from the city centre, offers 14.000 sqm of commercial space. The main tenants are Kaufland, Deichmann, Rossmann, CCC, 5 10 15 and Nike/Puma.
IVS Grupa, the owner of the shopping centre, is a well-known property developer present on the Dębica commercial real estate market for several years. The company is planning other commercial projects in Mielec and Kraśnik.
