Colliers advises with EUR 93 million acquisition of Warsaw office building

Trinity Park III, a new six-storey building on Domaniewska street in Warsaw’s Mokotow district, features a U-shaped footprint, three separate entrance lobbies and total rental area of 32,587 m². 869 parking spaces – mostly on two below ground levels – are available for tenants, and the property offers 4,500 m² of office space on each floor. Main tenants include the Polish country headquarters of Unilever, Kraft Foods, Teva Pharmaceuticals and MTV Networks.

SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund is aimed at institutional investors and high net worth individuals. The acquisition of Trinity Park III has increased the portfolio to 41 properties in 12 countries. In financial year 2009, the fund achieved a return of 5.4 percent.
