Colliers International the exclusive leasing agent for CityPark Tirana – biggest shopping center in Albania

AM Group’s CityPark Tirana to be 40,000 m² GLA shopping center

Colliers International Southeast Europe has been chosen as the exclusive leasing agent for the biggest shopping center in Albania, CityPark Tirana.

CityPark Tirana, AM Group’s 40,000 m² GLA shopping center, is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2009, and will host some 150 retail units, supermarkets, food courts and leisure facilities. It will also feature more than 3000 parking spaces.

CityPark Tirana is located on the Tirana- Durres National Road, 15km from Tirana, 25 km from Durres and 5 km from Tirana National Airport. It covers a catchment area of 1,350,000 consumers in a 25 km radius.

Colliers International will also provide management services for CityPark Tirana.
