Catella acquires Property in Stockholm
The Catella Real Estate AG investment management company, a fully owned subsidiary of Catella Property Fund Management AB, just acquired an office property in Stockholm. The building is earmarked for the Focus Nordic Cities open-ended property fund. The investment volume totals approximately Euro 30 million. The building was sold by the Swedish pension fund Alecta. On Alecta's side, the transaction was masterminded by Tenzing AB. Catella Real Estate was advised by PANAB. Having a gross lettable area of about 5,000 square metres, the office property Asken 11 offers state-of-the-art floor space in a downtown location of the Swedish capital.
