The activity of the Central districts is below average with 67,898 sq m let during the quarter and 233,254 sq m on an annual basis. The best absolute results came from the Leopold district with close to 19,375 sq m although, once again, letting activity from the EU is still missing. The Centre and Midi districts follow closely with 17,102 sq m and 16,180 sq m. The former has seen 3 major transactions: Accenture (4,836 sq m), SPF Justice/FOD Justitie (4,456 sq m) and the Representation of Serbia (4,113 sq m). The latter is thanks to the SNCB which totals 15,232 sq m this quarter!
