Alfredo Saenz has confirmed his participation in the session “Real estate strategies of the largest Spanish finance institutions: the vision of the leaders” to take place on Tuesday, November 6th at 12:45 p.m. as part of the ESADE Seminar. This session is specially relevant considering the special moment that the industry is going through, where the Spanish companies are facing harder financial conditions than in the last years. The ESADE session will analyze the financial entities in the real estate industry, how should they position themselves with regard to the new challenges and opportunities that the industry is offering.

Endesa will sponsor the BMP'07 "Sustainable Real Estate Development Awards"

The Awards are aimed to spread and foster sustainable real estate development, as well as to recognize those developers that are already working in this direction.

There are two categories: the “Award to the 2007 Most Sustainable Real Estate Development in Spain” and the “Award to the Most Sustainable Real Estate Development presented in Barcelona Meeting Point 2007”.

The jury will be represented by prestigious real estate professionals within the sustainable construction scope and it will be chaired by Enrique Lacalle, Chairman of BMP.

The Awards Ceremony is planned to be held on November 7th, during a dinner sponsored by Endesa. Integrated into the BMP International Symposium, a seminar on “The Real Estate Industry and Sustainability” will be held that day.
