Banimmo listed on Euronext Paris

Banimmo, whose leading shareholder is Affine, hasapplied for listing on Euronext Paris with the Belgian Banking and InsuranceCommission (CBFA), the competent authority.The CBFA has approvedthe prospectus dated 18 December and has notified itsconsent to the French authority AMF.

The listing prospectus of 5 June and itssupplement of 18 December 2007 are available at the site www.banimmo.be. Theprospectus of 5 June takes stock of the risks connected with the acquisition ofBanimmo shares.The Banimmo shares will be listed on Euronext Paris as from 31 December 2007.This listing eases the access of French investors to Banimmo securities, andunderlines Banimmo’s intention to actively develop its activity on the French market.The teams of Banimmo Real Estate France have been substantially reinforced sincethe initial public offering of last June.The listing in Paris will also enable Banimmo, as a real estate company quoted inFrance, to envisage opting for the special tax status SIIC (Société d’InvestissementImmobilier Cotée) during the course of 2008.
