Atisreal comercializa más de 30.400 m² de nuevas naves industriales situadas en Barcelona



Atisreal comercializa naves industriales de nueva construcción situadas en dos de los desarrollos más importantes que actualmente se llevan a cabo en polígonos industriales del área metropolitana de Barcelona, en Pallejá y Rubí. Constan de una superficie de más de 30.400 m².
La participación de Atisreal en esta operación consolida a la consultora como referente del sector industrial.


La población de Rubí, con la creación de 16.121 m², se convierte en una de las ampliaciones más significativas del Vallés occidental, aumentando la oferta de naves en el polígono industrial Molí de la Bastida y afianzando la población como una de las más industrializadas de la zona. Las naves, construidas en módulos de 1.300 m² aislados, son divisibles en 650 m², poseen patios delanteros y laterales, techo tipo sándwich e instalaciones a pie de nave.

En la zona de influencia de la A-2, AP-II, la población de Pallejá está experimentado un crecimiento similar con la creación de 14.304 m² de naves de nueva construcción. Esta actuación se desarrolla en diferentes promociones. La superficie mínima es de 710 m², pudiéndose unir varios módulos con una superficie de aproximadamente 3.100 m².


La venta y alquiler de las naves industriales de Rubí y el alquiler de las naves de Pallejá abre un amplio abanico de posibilidades a la hora de satisfacer las necesidades de las empresas, ofreciendo, además, una amplia cartera de productos en todo el área de Catalunya.
