Admission of Befimmo shares to trading on the Euronext Paris market

Befimmo, a real estate investment trust (SICAFI) under Belgian law listed since 20 December 1995 on Euronext Brussels, announces the admission of its shares to trading on the Euronext Paris market from 23 September 2008. This admission is not accompanied by the issue of any new shares, nor by any offer of shares in France or any other country.

The Befimmo shares are being listed on Euronext Paris in the context of the company's geographical diversification strategy. With this move, Befimmo intends to establish a lasting position in France by investing in quality office buildings.

This listing will enhance Befimmo's reputation with French investors and will enable it to acquire more French shareholders. It will also enable Befimmo to apply for the status of listed real estate investment company (SIIC) in France.

Befimmo has a capital 186,919,000 euros represented by 13,058,969 fully paid-up ordinary no-par-value shares. All shares are issued in a single category. The rights attached to the shares are set out in the Befimmo articles of association. The articles of association were deposited at the Clerk's Office of the Paris Commercial Court on 10 September 2008.

Since Befimmo's shares are already admitted for trading on Euronext Brussels, they are listed on Euronext Paris under the same ISIN code (BE0003678894). Their mnemonic on Euronext Paris is BEFPA. Befimmo's market capitalisation is currently around 1 billion euros as against shareholders' equity of 932 million euros.
