A NEW WAREHOUSE FOR TABAKNATIE
cushman & wakefield
Cushman & Wakefield advised Tabaknatie in the letting of a warehouse of approximately 20,000 sq.m. in the port of Antwerp.
Established in 1896, Tabaknatie is a company specialised in the processing, storage and transport of products coming from the tobacco industry. Tabaknatie benefits from an excellent reputation in this sector thanks to its experience and know-how.
Tabaknatie already has a certain number of specialised warehouses equipped with the latest technology as far as storage and processing are concerned.
Cushman & Wakefield is very active in accompanying companies in their search and selection of logistics solutions in Belgium with a special attention given to the port of Antwerp. The increasing internationalisation of the main players in the logistics sector leads indeed to a rising demand as far as real estate advice is concerned. In this framework, Cushman & Wakefield's international expertise takes its full meaning.
